VQ-505

VQ-505 is a self-crosslinked acrylic copolymer emulsion with good waterproof, anit-weathering, stain resistance, and anti-blocking property, which is suitable to be the sealing primer for the concrete architecture, wood, glass, and ceramics.

● Good waterproof effect
● High hardness (F~H)
● Good air permeability
● High temperature resistance, anti-blocking property, and stain resistance
● Solvent resistance, acid and alkali resistance

It is suitable to be applied ont the concrete, inorganic terrazzo, nonshrink hydraulic cement, stones, glass, wood, and ceramics for the waterproof property.

Get finger dry on the surface within 2 to 3 hours, start to get hardened withing 6-8 hours, and get thoroughly reacted after 7 days

- The interval tima between coatings: At least 2 to 3 hours
- The hardness of the coating: F-H
- Diluent to be used: Normal pure water
- Packing: 20 liter/ 5 gal pail
- Stability: Can be kept at least 1 year in normal circumstances

1. VQ505 can’t be mixed with other organic solvent or impure water
2. The grease, dirt, and slurry on the substrate must be cleaned up before applying VQ505 on it.
3. Avoid constructing in the enclosed space; use lots of water to wash VQ505 while the skin is touched by the agent accidentally.
4. Avoid constructing on rainy days or the days of which the relative humidity is over 85% PH
5. Avoid constructing on the days of which the temperature is below 10°C
