VQ-66 is 100% water-based and eco-friendly product with the excellent features of waterproof and chemical resistance; meanwhile, it doesn’t contain any formaldehyde, formalin, and the elements of the eight heavy metals inside. It can react with the compounds on the surface of the substrate such as concrete, metal, wood, and ceramic and then generates the strong chemical cross-linking adhesion to form a layer which can protect the substrate efficiently.
According to the testing result of the experiment, even dip the substrate coated with VQ-66 in the alkaline solvent with 40% of NaOH, it still can be preserved more than 3 months, and what’s more, there’s no any damage on the surface of the substrate coated with VQ-66; besides, the storage time can last over 3 months while dipping the substrate coated with VQ-66 in the acid solvent with 20% of H2SO4.
