VQ-1009

VQ-1009 is the waterproof sealer made of special Nano silicon-based resins which has excellent performance of sealing effect, waterproof, and impermeability on the concrete, the terrazzo and the hardened ground. With distinguishing features of being waterproof, breathable, non-yellowing, heat-resistant, it can make the concrete, the terrazzo or the hardened ground own the effects of high gloss, abrasion resistance, sealing, waterproof, and dustproof by reacting with the heat energy generated from the machine’s high-speed polishing.

VQ-1009 can raise up the resistance of the substrate toward the abrasion, chemical corrosion, and stain such as acid, alkali, salt, food, oil, and so on. After being treated with this product on the surface of the concrete, the terrazzo, or the hardened ground, it will get the effect of getting denser surface, high-gloss, fast-curing, and easy to maintain and construct. Moreover, the product has the features of being safe, non-toxic, non-VOCs and non-flammable, which can make the concrete floor instantly used after the construction.

VQ-1009 applied for the polished concrete floor which has been polished with 800#-1500# resin polishing pads.
Usage:
1. Clean the surface and wait until the floor gets dry after the fine polishing.
2. Spray or roll the agent of VQ-1009 on the surface of the concrete floor and then use the micro-fiber mop to make it evenly penetrated into the floor. The usage amount of VQ-1009 agent is about 0.02~0.04 kg/ per square meters.

A. Within 3 minutes after the floor surface is totally dry, use the high speed burnisher installed with 3M white burnishing pad to polish the floor at the rotation rate around 1200-1500 rpm.
B. 8-24 hours later after the floor surface is totally dry, use the high speed burnisher installed with No. 3 burnishing pads(1500 grits) to polish the floor at the rotation rate around 1200-1500 rpm.

Advantage: Improve the effects of the gloss, waterproof, and oil-repellence.
