VQ-900, Nano Silicate Concrete Densifier
VQ-900 is a lithium and potassium-base concrete densifier which can penetrate into the concrete to a depth of about 5-10 mm from the surface and react with calcium hydroxide in the concrete to form the crystal of network structure based on the inert silicon-oxygen by silification. The crystial of network structure can be embedded in the capillary pores, pinholes, and the voids of the concrete so as to enhance the surface hardness and the compressive strength of the concrete; meanwhile, it still can provide the good air permeability for the concrete. VQ-900 can fix the pitted surface, pinholes, and tiny voids on the concrete by the whole process dry grinding.

Storage Conditions
The storage days of the solution is 24 months from its manufacture date under the condition of its original sealed packaging. Please keep the solution in storage in a dry environment with the temperature within +5〫C to +30〫C, and keep it away from the frost.
The raw material amount of use
0.15-0.25 kg per layer for one square meters. This is just the theoretical estimate which doesn’t contain any additional materials used to fill the surface holes, to level the rough ground, or to make up any other consumption caused by the floor’s original disadvantageous conditions.
The construction Plans of VQ-900, the Nano Concrete Densifier
1.Dilute the raw liquid of VQ-900
Use one to three times as much water to dilute the raw liquid of VQ-900 (the ratio of VQ-900 to water is 1 to 1 3). Basically, how many times as much water can be used to dilute with the raw liquid of VQ-900 depends on the quality and density of the concrete itself. The better the quality and the density of the concrete are, the more times the raw liquid of VQ-900 can be diluted.

2.Level the ground
Use the floor grinder installed with a #30-#60 metal grinding pad to grind the floor so as to level the ground. If the flatness of the substrate is okay, you can just skip this step.

3.Clean the surface of the concrete
Use the floor polisher installed with a #50-#400 resin polishing pad to polish the concrete floor (dry grinding or wet grinding are both available) so as to get rid of the laitance on the surface of the concrete and make the cement pores exposed thoroughly.

4. Spray VQ-900, the Nano Concrete Densifier
After polishing the floor by using the floor polisher installed with a #50-#400 resin polishing pad, you can start to spray diluted VQ-900, the Nano Silicate Concrete Densifier, once on the clean and dry concrete ground evenly (the using amount is about 0.15-0.25kg per square meters). Keep the surface of the concrete floor moisturized in half an hour after treating with VQ-900. Add some diluted VQ-900 on the area of the concrete surface where is dried too quickly in the half an hour.

5.Polish the treated floor after 24 hours
After spraying the agent about 24 hours, begin to process the next step polishing with the floor polisher installed with the resin polishing pad of next number. For example, if you spray diluted VQ-900 after polishing the floor by using the floor polisher installed with a resin polishing pad of 200 grits, wait for at least 24 hours and then polish the floor by using the floor polisher installed with a resin polishing pad of 400 grits and so on.
